This wedding included the reception, lunch, appetizers, then dinner and amusement. Our featured bridal couple was Christina & Sal Commisso. Then that was followed by open bar and appetizers that included wings, ribs, sausages etc.

This all-star menu included wood grilled burgers, hot dogs St. Louis ribs and veggie burgers. We also had carrot and kale salads in Asian sauce, Cole slaw, potato salad, tomato, mozzarella and cucumber salad, Sausage with peppers and onions, pulled chicken, raw clams, shucked steamed clams, bleu cheese salad, Romaine salad, pasta salad, red skin potato salad, corn on the cob, eggplant rollatini, baked ziti, carved filet mignon, lobster, grilled chicken pieces.Then we had dessert provides by mothers if the bride and groom with cupcakes Italian, cold espresso, homemade cannolli and other assorted Italian desserts.

in order to make this happen, we had 2 people directing traffic and parking cars in perfect alignment. There was a greeter at the door to greet guests , get them to sign the guest book and show them around. 2 bartenders to serve the open bar, 1 expert clam shucker. 6 chefs and cooks, including the grill man. Also we had online 5 servers and bussers for cleaning and replenishing food. We also had custom linens including a special towels just for the lobsters
